If you have booked a routine appointment with the GP within the next two weeks, this will still go ahead but as a telephone or video consultation. The GP will try and phone you as close to your appointment as possible.

If you have an appointment with a Nurse or HCA then a member of staff will contact you to discuss the best way of dealing with your problem.

Baby immunisations and 8 week health checks will still go ahead as long as the child or any member of the family does not have any of the symptoms of the Coronavirus.

In some cases the GP may still ask you to come into the surgery. This will be a pre arranged appointment with the GP.

For all of the above, you must adhere to these guidelines when attending the surgery;

On arrival you MUST wait in your car, the clinician you are seeing will call you on your mobile when they are ready to see you. You will be asked to enter the building via the back entrance, the Clinician will take you straight into the consulting room and then lead you back out the same entrance.
