Online Access

If you would like to access this service, you will need to be a registered patient first. You will have to come to the surgery, as your identity has to be verified first. You will be required to bring copies of 2 forms of identification with you please.

Please allow 5 working days notice to enable us to complete your registration forms.

A receptionist will then complete the registration on our clinical system. This will generate a registration letter that you must retain. This contains all the relevant codes and passwords to enable you to the access the link in the website, called Patient Access.

Please follow the steps as indicated. There are help links within the documents, should you have any difficulties.

Once your request has been submitted, please note that the same statutory 3 working days still should be allowed before you can collect your prescription.

If you normally collect your prescriptions from a pre-selected local chemist, please indicate on your request which one you would like your prescription to be sent to please.
